Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Student Recruiter role based in San Roque. The Student Recruiter is responsible for identifying, engaging, and guiding prospective students from initial inquiry through enrolment. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries via email, phone, and online channels, conducting information sessions, and providing personalized support to applicants and their families.



The role involves nurturing relationships with agents and maintaining accurate records in the admissions database. The Student Recruiter will collaborate with marketing to support outreach campaigns, contribute to recruitment materials, and provide feedback on market trends and candidate needs to help optimize recruitment strategies.

Qualifications
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage prospective students, families, and partners.
- Proven experience in student recruitment, admissions, sales, customer service, or a related educational or commercial environment.
- High level of English proficiency (spoken and written); additional languages such as Spanish or other major international languages are an advantage.
- Comfort with CRM systems, email platforms, and standard office software; ability to manage data accurately and produce basic reports.
