What You Will Do
As a Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping client engagements from problem definition through implementation. You will work alongside colleagues of all levels and clients to solve complex problems and drive meaningful change.

You’ll help teams understand client strategic challenges while helping develop the next generation of consultants.

You will:




- Lead workstreams on client engagements, structuring analyses and developing actionable recommendations that support client decision-making.
- Frame hypotheses, identify key business questions, and direct quantitative and qualitative research to generate insights.
- Apply structured problem-solving and analytical thinking to solve complex business issues.
- Develop high-quality client deliverables, including presentations, analysis, workshops, models, and discussions that help move projects forward.
- You’ll have the opportunity to work across our industries and capabilities, with the flexibility to specialize early or explore different areas before choosing a path.
- You’ll likely have the chance to travel within your home market and internationally. No two weeks are ever the same.
- Manage and coach junior team members, fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment.
