The Role

As our
Social Media Manager
, you'll be responsible for creating engaging content, growing our online community, and ensuring our brands maintain a strong and consistent presence across all social media platforms.

This is a hands-on role that combines creativity, content creation, strategy, and analytics. You'll work closely with our marketing and operations teams to showcase everything happening across our venues.

What You'll Do
- Create, film, edit, and publish engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Plan and manage the weekly content calendar.
- Capture photos and videos across all Breathe venues.
- Develop creative campaigns to promote events, seasonal menus, and special experiences.
- Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement.
- Research social media trends and propose new content ideas.
- Create high-performing Reels and short-form videos.
- Work with influencers and content creators.
- Track performance, analyze insights, and prepare monthly reports.




- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotional activities.

What We're Looking For
- Experience managing social media accounts for hospitality, lifestyle, restaurants, hotels, or luxury brands.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and emerging social platforms.
- Excellent photography, videography, and basic editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar).
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Experience using social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects.
- Fluent English is essential; Spanish is a strong advantage.
- Marketing, Communications, Media, or similar qualification is preferred, although relevant experience is equally valued.
