We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to join our senior leadership team and oversee the operational performance of a growing aparthotel business operating across the Canary Islands.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving commercial performance, developing department leaders, and maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction across the portfolio.
This is a hands-on leadership position requiring an individual who is equally comfortable making strategic decisions and becoming involved in day-to-day operational matters when required.
The successful candidate will be based at our Head Office in Puerto de la Cruz while overseeing operations across Tenerife, Lanzarote and Fuerteventura.
Operational Leadership
Lead the day-to-day operational performance of the business across multiple aparthotel locations.
Ensure all properties consistently achieve company standards for guest satisfaction, service quality and operational efficiency.
Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvements across all departments.




Develop operational procedures and ensure consistent implementation throughout the business.
Work closely with department leaders to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and profitability.
Department Management
Provide strategic leadership and support to department heads across five key business functions, including:
Resort Management
Accounts Department
Reservations & Revenue Operations
Sales & Commercial Operations
Maintenance & Operational Support
Develop departmental objectives, monitor performance and ensure accountability across all teams.
Direct Operational Responsibility
In addition to regional oversight, the Operations Director will have direct responsibility for managing two operational locations in Puerto de la Cruz, where the company's Head Office is based.
