Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced, proactive
Talent Acquisition Specialist
for a dedicated 6-month assignment. In this role, you will take full ownership of end-to-end recruitment to source, evaluate, and hire top talent across our sales, operations, and leadership teams. You will serve as our primary brand ambassador in the talent market, partnering directly with the CEO and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage full-lifecycle hiring from drafting job descriptions to offer extension.
- Headhunting & Direct Sourcing:
Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and industry networks to engage passive, top-tier talent.
- Hiring Manager Partnership:




Collaborate closely with executive leadership to define scorecards and streamline interview workflows.
- Brand & Candidate Experience:
Deliver a polished, high-touch experience reflecting VDB’s luxury standards.
- ATS & Pipeline Management:
Maintain recruitment data, build pipelines, and report weekly hiring metrics.

What We Are Looking For
- Experience:
3–5+ years in recruitment/talent acquisition (in-house or agency).
- Industry Focus:
Background in real estate, luxury retail, hospitality, or high-growth tech preferred.
- Languages:
Native / Fluent English
(mandatory); Spanish is a bonus.
- Tools:
Expert in LinkedIn Recruiter, modern ATS platforms, and Google Workspace.
- Mindset:
Proactive "can-do" attitude, high discretion, and target-driven execution within a fast-paced environment.
