About the Role
We are looking for a Weekend Operations Supervisor to lead our weekend operations and support our Luxury Lifestyle & Travel Specialists (KAMs) during the weekend.
This is a hands-on operational leadership role. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the weekend team is well supported, workloads are balanced, client requests are progressing efficiently,
and our service standards remain consistently high.
You will act as the first point of contact for operational questions, help prioritize work, remove roadblocks, and provide guidance whenever the team needs support. During periods of high demand, you will step into execution yourself, assisting with bookings and client requests alongside the team. At TENco, supervisors lead by example.
Every Friday, you will review outstanding requests from the week, ensure a smooth operational handover into the weekend, and prepare the team for any upcoming priorities.
Our office is based in Geneva, Switzerland, but our team works remotely across the world.
This is a fully remote position.
Working Schedule
- Three weeks each month - Friday, Saturday, Sunday
- One week each month - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (as a KAM)
