What You'll Do
- Follow up with client inquiries
- Speak with buyers and sellers by phone, whatsapp & email
- Qualify leads and book appointments
- Support our sales team by generating new business opportunities

What We're Looking For




- Previous sales experience is essential
- Real estate knowledge is an advantage
- Fluent in 2 or more languages
- Confident, organised, and target-driven
- Based in Marbella or the surrounding area
- Comfortable working with CRM system

Working Hours
- Office-based role in Marbella
- Flexible working hours
- Weekend availability required
- Two days off during the week
