We are currently partnering with a growing consumer brand to hire a
Head of Finance
.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a company in a strong growth phase and play a key role in the evolution of its Finance function. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you'll combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, leading a small team while partnering closely with the business.

What you'll be doing
- Act as a strategic business partner to the leadership team, helping turn financial information into better business decisions.
- Build and continuously improve reporting, planning and forecasting to support a fast-growing business.
- Develop KPIs and performance dashboards across different business areas.
- Lead initiatives to improve processes, systems and the way Finance supports the organisation.
- Partner closely with Commercial, Operations, Product and other teams to drive performance.
- Lead a small Finance team while ensuring solid accounting, closing and compliance processes remain in place.




- Support the company's next stage of growth by helping build a scalable Finance function.

What we're looking for
- A Finance professional who enjoys being close to the business, not just producing numbers.
- Strong business acumen combined with solid accounting and financial foundations.
- Someone who likes building, improving and challenging the status quo.
- Comfortable moving between strategic discussions and hands-on execution.
- Experience in growing, entrepreneurial or fast-paced environments is highly valued.
- Previous exposure to consumer-facing businesses is a plus.
- Fluent English.
