Your role and key responsibilities
* Daily production / process parameter monitoring and finding a root cause of
failure & solving issue
* Jointly responsible for sub process(e.g. Mixing, coating, Stacking, Cell
baking, injection, etc) of the cell manufacturing with process experts
* Supporting process verification concept for the sub process with technical
evaluation of the input factors and output results
* Responsible for evaluation of equipments capability and process parameter set
up
* Responsible for issuing the working instruction; parameter handbooks of sub
process
* Execution of Process verification and DoE
* Organizing training for machine/equipment operation
* Participation in Daily shop-floor management meeting
* Daily and weekly Tear down analysis and weekly report Production data
analysis for CpK improvement
What you bring to the team
* 5 years experience in the sector
* Battery Industry field previous experience is a plus
What makes you stand out
* 5+ years of experience in related roles
* Please submit your CV in English
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical
Engineering, Material Science & Engineering or a related field.
