JOB SUMMARY:

Our Production team is seeking a Production Quality Engineer to drive quality
excellence across the product lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on L11 component
quality and rack-level systems. This role focuses on collecting and analyzing
quality metrics to deliver actionable design feedback for manufacturing, lead
product quality improvement initiatives, and provide post-sales product quality
and service support to maximize customer satisfaction.





The Production Quality Engineer will be primarily responsible for quality
functions covering supply chain and incoming quality, in-house manufacturing
quality, product reliability, and performance. A key focus will be working
closely with suppliers to identify, drive root cause analysis, and implement
effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for quality issues related to
rack-level components and other critical parts. The individual will collaborate
with senior management of global production operations to establish
quality-focused teams, mandate standard practices of quality principles, and
provide oversight across all general operations sites and cross-functional
departments.
