We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Manager to oversee property operations, manage client relationships, and support the continued growth of our real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of residential and commercial properties
- Coordinate leasing activities, tenant communications, and property inspections
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and vendors
- Monitor property performance, occupancy, and operational efficiency
- Negotiate lease agreements and assist with contract administration
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
- Prepare operational reports, budgets, and performance updates




- Coordinate maintenance projects and resolve property-related issues
- Identify opportunities to improve tenant satisfaction and property value
- Support business development and portfolio growth initiatives

Qualifications
- Previous experience in real estate, property management, or a related field
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with lease administration and property operations is preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software is an asset
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
