Purpose of the role:
As a member of the TP team, you will be working on outbound leads to acquire new advertisers for Local Services Ads.
You will become a digital consultant, advising them on their digital advertising strategy, with the opportunity of having a significant impact on their business. It is a target driven environment, where you will work towards individual sales targets as well as being part of a larger sales team responsible for increasing the Client customer base across EMEA.
Your responsibilities:
- Achieve a minimum number of interactions (phone call and/or emails) per day
- Qualify inbound leads and manage a structured sales pipeline
- Understand business needs and align product offerings accordingly
- Guide clients through onboarding and verification processes
- Develop expertise in regional onboarding requirements
- Support businesses in submitting accurate documentation
- Troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed
- Adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
Requirements
- C2 level of German and a C1 level of English (both written and spoken)
- At least 2 years of experience in similar fields: sales, recruiting, customer-facing role
- Experience in call center or sales-driven environments
- High attention to detail and strong organizational habits
- Clear and structured communicator
- Ability to meet deadlines and deliver quality work
- Proficiency in Google Docs/Sheets or Microsoft Word/Excel
- Capable of working independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business preferred
- Team collaboration experience
- Awareness of home services sectors
