About the role

Your day-to-day
- Team leadership:
mentor and grow the consolidation team, and take part in hiring and training as the team scales
- Technical delivery:
lead end-to-end implementations, owning architecture from kickoff to go-live
- Functional design:
define consolidation projects from scratch, turning business needs into clear technical solutions
- Client advisory:




dig into clients' consolidation processes and recommend the right approach, regardless of platform
- Project management:
coordinate project teams, manage expectations, and keep stakeholders aligned
- Business development:
support commercial proposals for consolidation and data projects, using your expertise to pitch the right platform
- Enablement:
train and support internal teams and clients on getting the most out of the implemented solutions

What you'll need
- 4+ years in data consulting, focused on CPM/financial consolidation
- Experience leading technical or functional teams
- Hands-on with platforms like
OneStream, Tagetik, Anaplan, Board, Hyperion, SAP BPC or SAP Group Reporting
- Solid grasp of consolidation processes (legal & management): intercompany eliminations, currency translation, month-end close
- Fluent English (must-have) + Spanish
