Job Description
YOUR MISSION
At Glovo, we don’t just move food; we move millions of transactions every hour across 20+ countries. Our Finance teams define the "Rules of the Game" (The What). Your mission is to build the High-Performance Machine that executes those rules (The How).
As our O2C Process Excellence Senior Analyst, you play a key role in the Order-to-Cash journey. You will help translate financial policies into a "Touchless" reality, working closely with our Finance Transformation team to connect our Technical Platforms with the local operational reality.
THE JOURNEY
- Translate Rules into Reality: Work closely with our Billing, Tax and Accounting SMEs.
Gather their requirements and help translate them into Process Blueprints and technical specifications.
- Support the "Touchless" Flow: Help design and document the end-to-end data lineage from the Marketplace into SAP S/4HANA and MS Dynamics Business Central (MSD).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Product and Commercial teams to help ensure new business lines are designed with automation in mind from the start.
- Standardization Support: Help identify manual "workarounds" in local markets and support the adoption of general automated standards.
Qualifications
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Experience: You have 3-5 years of experience in Finance Transformation or Process Excellence, ideally within a high-volume marketplace/tech environment.
- Financial Domain Knowledge: You have a good understanding of IFRS 15, VAT triggers, and Revenue Recognition, enough to help build processes that satisfy our SMEs.
- Solid understanding of ERP sys
