We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven
End Customer Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to drive demand generation and pipeline growth for
Microsoft Cloud solutions
, including
Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Security, Business Applications, and Microsoft Copilot
.
In this role, you will engage directly with end customers to identify business challenges, understand digital transformation initiatives, and generate qualified sales opportunities. You will play a critical role in helping organizations accelerate their cloud adoption journey while positioning Microsoft technologies as strategic business enablers.
The adecuado candidate is passionate about technology, customer engagement, and helping organizations transform through cloud, AI, productivity, and security solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and engage end customers through outbound channels including phone, email, LinkedIn, and social selling activities.
- Generate demand and build pipeline for Microsoft Cloud solutions, including:
- Microsoft Azure
- Microsoft 365
- Microsoft Security
- Dynamics 365
- Microsoft Copilot and AI solutions
- Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities using structured sales methodologies such as BANT, MEDDIC, or similar frameworks.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand customers' business objectives, technology landscape, cloud maturity, and digital transformation priorities.
- Identify customer pain points related to productivity, collaboration, security, infrastructure modernization, data, analytics, and AI adoption.
- Position Microsoft Cloud solutions and articulate their business value to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Microsoft-focused sales teams, Marketing, and Partner organizations to align outreach strategies and target accounts.
