Job requirements:-

Key Skills
- 6–8 years of experience in Enterprise IT Infrastructure Support.
- Strong Windows 10/11 Desktop Support with VIP/end-user support.
- Hands-on experience with
Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Endpoint Management
, and device provisioning.
- Microsoft 365 Administration including
Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, Teams, user lifecycle, licensing, and mailbox management
.
- Windows Server Administration:
Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, File & Print Services
.
- Basic administration of
Hyper-V, Azure VMs
, and virtualization.
- Good networking knowledge:
TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, Routing, Switching, Firewalls, Wi-Fi
, and ISP troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting network devices, printers, and coordinating with third-party vendors.
- Strong onboarding/offboarding, asset management,



and enterprise printing support.
- Familiarity with
ITSM processes
and tools like
ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus/OpManager
.
- PowerShell scripting knowledge is preferred.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Versátil to work in shifts, on-call, weekends, and public holidays as required.

- Manage user onboarding/offboarding, account provisioning, and device deployment via
Intune Autopilot

Active Directory, Windows Servers, DNS, DHCP, GPO
, and Microsoft 365 services.
- Support printers, print servers, email gateways, and endpoint infrastructure.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for infrastructure, networking, and hardware support.
