Vice President (VP) — Operations Management

Position Overview

The Vice President (VP) of Operations is responsible for the company's overall operational strategic planning and management, overseeing production operations, supply chain management, process optimization, quality management, operational efficiency improvements, and cross-departmental collaboration. By establishing an efficient, standardized, and sustainable operational system, the VP ensures stable business operations, boosts production efficiency, reduces operating costs, and enhances the company's overall competitiveness in the general jewelry market.

Key Responsibilities

I. Operational Strategic Planning and Management

Formulate medium- to long-term operational development strategies and execution plans;

Optimize the overall operational system and business processes to enhance corporate operational efficiency;

Drive continuous optimization of production, supply chain, and business operations;

Ensure operational goals align with the company's overall strategic direction.

Production Operations and Supply Chain Management

Oversee jewelry manufacturing, supply chain coordination, and daily operational management;

Optimize production planning, delivery processes, and resource allocation;

Establish efficient management systems for suppliers, manufacturers, and partners;

Enhance supply chain stability, responsiveness, and operational flexibility.

III. Operational Process Optimization and Efficiency Improvement

Establish and refine standardized operational processes and management systems;

Drive the adoption of digital management tools and operational systems;

Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvement;

Reduce operating costs while increasing production efficiency and corporate profitability.

IV. Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Team Management

Coordinate across production, supply chain, procurement, quality, sales, and product teams;
