Hephae Energy Technology is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and detail-oriented
Inventory & Materials Coordinator
to support our growing Measurement While Drilling (MWD) manufacturing and engineering operations in Spring, Texas.

Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager, this position is responsible for day-to-day inventory control, warehouse operations, receiving activities, and materials management. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, material traceability, and organized warehouse locations, coordinating outside processing activities, and ensuring materials are available to support manufacturing and engineering operations.

Working within the NetSuite ERP system, this individual will collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, and Finance while maintaining an organized, efficient, and safe warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming materials, components, and equipment, verifying quantities, part numbers, revisions, and condition.
- Record all inventory transactions accurately and in real time within the NetSuite ERP system.
- Store, label, identify, and organize inventory to ensure accuracy, traceability, and efficient retrieval.
- Pick, issue, stage, and kit materials to support Manufacturing and Engineering.
- Perform regular cycle counts and participate in scheduled physical inventory counts.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, working closely with Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams.
