ROLE PURPOSE

The Jr. Finance Data Analyst is responsible for extracting, preparing, validating and delivering accurate data and reporting that enables the Finance team to make sound and timely decisions.

The Data Analyst acts as the day-to-day data support for Finance, sourcing information from Tableau, corporate databases, data warehouses and other internal systems, and transforming it into clear, reliable and actionable outputs. The role is idóneo for a detail-oriented analyst who is comfortable working with large volumes of financial and operational data and takes ownership of data accuracy.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Extract, consolidate and prepare data from multiple sources, including Tableau, SQL databases, data warehouses and other internal systems.
- Build, maintain and automate recurring reports and dashboards to support monthly close, forecasting and budgeting cycles.
- Respond to ad-hoc data requests from Finance stakeholders, delivering accurate outputs within agreed timelines.
- Validate, clean and reconcile data to ensure integrity, consistency and completeness.




- Support the tean on large analytical projects, contributing to data preparation and preliminary analysis.
- Document data sources, queries, definitions and reporting logic to ensure transparency and repeatability.
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and data flows.
- Collaborate with Finance, Data and other teams to translate business requirements into reliable data deliverables.
