The
Export Sales Manager – Eastern Europe
will be responsible for developing and executing the company's commercial strategy across assigned Eastern European markets.
The role focuses on expanding business through distributors and direct customers where appropriate, identifying new commercial opportunities, strengthening strategic partnerships, and driving sustainable sales growth across the region.
Responsibilities
Business Development
- Develop and execute the export sales strategy across assigned Eastern European territories.
- Identify, recruit, and develop new distributors, partners, and customers.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and establish long-term business relationships to support regional growth.
Sales and Key Account Management
- Manage and develop relationships with existing distributors and strategic accounts.
- Drive sales growth by identifying new opportunities within existing customers and channels.
- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, quotations, and contract execution.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while delivering sales and profitability targets.
