Head of Alliances & Strategic Partnerships
responsible for defining and executing ALTEN Spain's partner ecosystem strategy. This role is inspired by internal responsibilities related to alliance management, pre-sales, strategy and partner development.

Mission

Define, develop and manage strategic alliances with technology partners to generate new business opportunities, strengthen ALTEN's market positioning and accelerate the adoption of innovative solutions across key industries.

The role combines business development, partnership management, pre-sales leadership and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

Alliance Strategy
- Define and execute ALTEN Spain's alliance and partnership strategy.
- Build and maintain a portfolio of strategic technology partners.
- Identify market trends, ecosystem opportunities and emerging technologies.
- Align partnership objectives with ALTEN's business priorities and growth plans.

Partner Management




- Establish executive relationships with technology vendors and ecosystem partners.
- Negotiate collaboration frameworks, partnership agreements and joint business initiatives.
- Develop annual business plans and growth targets with strategic partners.
- Monitor alliance performance, KPIs and return on investment.

Business Development
- Generate qualified opportunities through partner channels.
- Design and execute joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across ALTEN business units.
- Support account teams in strategic client engagements.

Pre-Sales & Solution Positioning
- Collaborate with practice leaders and technical teams to create joint value propositions.
- Participate in client presentations, workshops and executive briefings.
- Support RFP/RFI responses involving strategic partners.
- Coordinate demonstrations, Proofs of Concept and innovation in
