Role
Responsible for defining the technical and functional vision of the solution, with a strong focus on
SAP HCM Spanish Payroll (PY)
, and translating it into clear standards and procedures.

Ensures the success of implementations and improvement projects,



particularly in complex environments, with specific responsibility for
payroll configuration, compliance, and delivery
.

Participates across all project phases, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, payroll configuration, testing, training, and post–go-live support.

Acts as a key reference for
SAP HCM Payroll
, both internally and externally..

Responsibilities
Technical Responsibilities
- Manage SAP HCM Spanish Payroll (PY) solution design and configuration
- Resolve complex issues across payroll schemas, PCRs, and integrations
- Ensure compliance with Italian payroll regulations and legal requirements
- Support testing cycles, including payroll validation and reconciliation
- Drive performance and efficiency of payroll processes

Knowledge Sharing & Mentorship
- Act as a subject matter expert in SAP HCM Payroll
- Share best practices and support team development
- Mentor junior consultants on
