- Representing recognised brands at promotional events, pop-up campaigns, and customer engagement sites
- Speaking with customers face-to-face and creating positive brand experiences
- Explaining products, promotions, and services in a clear and approachable way
- Assisting customers with offers and promotions suited to their needs
- Participating in daily coaching and training sessions focused on communication, sales, and leadership skills
- Working collaboratively within a high-energy, team-oriented environment
