Despite the importance of early diagnosis for patient survival, there is no accurate and non?invasive strategy for early triage or screening of EC.

Diagnosis relies on imaging and invasive biopsies, affecting more than 35 M women presenting symptoms – 86% postmenopausal and 14% premenopausal – and patients with hereditary risk – Lynch Syndrome – who have annual surveillance.
