The sucessful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing Trans-National Entrepreneurship, Training or Innovation EU funded projects within the defined budget, timeline, and scope.

She/He will be responsable of the achievement of the diferent project activities fulfilling all the Milestones and Indicators. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

She/He will interact with other teams in the Organization: communication, administration, digitalization, training, etc. for the assigned projects implementation.

Responsibilities

Implementing the project tasks and activities according to the planned timeline.

Monitoring project progress and KPIs.

Controlling possible deviations and implementing corrective measures.

Issuing and validating project deliverables.





Dealing with project participants (New Entrepreneurs in training or mentoring process)

Updating relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress.

Coordinating project meetings with other organizations in EU.

Project evidence keeping and reporting to the corresponding EU Agency.ps: Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (Economics, BA, International Relations, International Trade). Or Higher VET Degree in International Commerce.

Strong project management skills.

Excellent command of English oral and written

At least 2 years experience in EU funded project management (Training, Labour Market, Entrepreneurship or Innovation projects)
