• Lead demand management activities, ensuring business needs are clearly captured, structured, and prioritized.
• Act as a key liaison between business and IT/Digital teams, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout project execution.
• Act as key liaison between HQ IT Teams and Local IT Teams, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout project execution.
• Gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for implementation.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, from initial scoping to implementation and stabilization.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to identify needs and improvement opportunities.
• Drive process optimization initiatives through digital solutions,



including automation (RPA) and retail tools, SAP and other Business Technology Tools.
• Monitor project timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Support continuous improvement in ways of working between business and IT.

Experience & Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience delivering IT or digital solutions, ideally within consulting firms.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, functional analysis, and project management.

• Exposure to different functional domains is highly valued.
