supports the Concierge and Guest Services team while developing a comprehensive understanding of the department’s daily operations, procedures, and service standards.

The Concierge Trainee reports to the
Head Concierge / Guest Services Manager
.

As Concierge Trainee, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Welcome the clients of various sectors according to established procedure.
- Be familiarized with the entire Hotel product and services that are offered including IT&T; equipment.
- Management of different guest’s requests (restaurant reservations, flight bookings, lost luggage, etc.)
- Learn all the hotel and city information necessary in order to be able to answer guest’s questions.
- Handle all kind of requests regarding restaurants, concerts, etc.
- Understand the various reports needed on a daily basis (Alice Emergency report, arrival list, departure list, cancellations, Traces.. etc.)
- Communicate with other departments.
- Learn the IT system (
