Senior AI & ML Engineer
to join their expanding team. In this high-impact technical role, you will focus on the end-to-end lifecycle of ML solutions—applying deep engineering rigor to build and scale reliable systems that solve real-world R&D; challenges.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Hands-on Development:
Deliver high-quality code for data, modeling, and deployment pipelines, ensuring AI solutions are integrated into robust software architectures.
- MLOps Mastery:
Implement and maintain robust MLOps workflows, focusing on automated CI/CD, containerization, and model observability.
- Technical Implementation:
Lead the technical design, development, and optimization of scalable, maintainable AI solutions aligned with modern best practices.
- Agile Delivery & Compliance:




Work within an Agile framework to translate research into predictable production value while ensuring compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical AI guidelines.
- Business Advisory:
Partner with technical and business stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into clear technical requirements.

What they are looking for:
- Experience:
5+ years of experience in IT or Engineering, with significant hands-on experience in AI/ML and technical leadership.
- Technical Excellence:
Advanced proficiency in
Python
and strong knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, architectures, and data engineering best practices.
- MLOps & Cloud:
Hands-on experience with
Azure ML or Databricks
, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and monitoring AI systems in production.
- Collaboration:
Experience working in Agile environments with the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both tech and non-tech stakeholders.
