Your Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the Portuguese market and drive sustainable sales growth across the region.
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with installers, distributors, EPCs, project developers, and other key industry stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities, win strategic accounts, and expand existing customer partnerships.
- Act as a trusted advisor by providing technical consulting and tailored solutions for photovoltaic mounting systems and related applications.
- Deliver engaging product presentations, customer training sessions, and technical workshops that create real customer value.
- Lead customer projects from the initial opportunity stage through implementation and long-term account development.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitive activities to shape and execute effective sales strategies.
- Represent K2 Systems at trade fairs, industry events, and customer meetings throughout the region.
- Work closely with colleagues from Inside Sales, Technical Support, Product Management,



and other cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.
- Maintain reliable sales forecasts, activity reports, and valuable market intelligence.
- Contribute to exceptional customer satisfaction while supporting the long-term growth of the business.

YOUR PROFILE
Professional Qualifications
- A degree or technical qualification in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a comparable technical discipline.
- At least five years of experience in technical sales, business development, or field sales roles.
- Demonstrated success in selling technically sophisticated or engineered products.
- Previous experience within the photovoltaic (PV) industry is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of steel and aluminum structures, products, or components would be considered a strong advantage.
