Tech Lead / Architect — goal.live (Remote)
We turn any live football broadcast into an interactive prediction market — fans tap the moment (next goal, corner, card) and markets settle on-chain from cryptographically-signed match data. Working product, live-demoed across the 2026 World Cup, now running a Stats Perform La Liga trial.
The stack today:
browser-extension overlay, Solidity escrow (37 passing Foundry tests), Solana settlement via signed-data proofs, live Stats Perform/Opta integration, a rendered no-broadcast mode, multi-chain from one codebase. Settlement contracts audited with our security partner, Shieldify.
You'll own
the architecture: real-time data ingestion, stream/data time-synchronisation (our hardest problem — and our patent), settlement across Solana + EVM, and the road to mainnet.
You are
senior and opinionated, and you've shipped real-time systems
*and*
smart contracts. You've fought sub-second latency, event ordering, and the ugly reality of live data. Solidity + Rust/Anchor adecuado; strong on one and hungry on the other works.
Why it's interesting:
video, events, and odds have to hit every user's screen at the same instant, across devices — or the markets aren't fair. Nobody's solved this in an on-chain context. That's the patent, and it's the job.
We offer:
meaningful founding-team equity and full technical ownership of a live product with real traction (World Cup demo, La Liga trial, txODDS hackathon). Market-rate salary targeting €130k-150k for this role — with equity weighted for a founding hire.
