Vice President (VP) — Supply Chain Management

Position Overview

The Vice President (VP) is responsible for the strategic planning, operational management, and continuous optimization of the company's global supply chain system. The role encompasses supply chain strategy formulation, supplier management, procurement system development, production coordination, inventory management, logistics optimization, and general supply chain network design. The VP ensures the efficient and stable operation of the supply chain, enhances operational efficiency, and strengthens the company's supply chain competitiveness in the global jewelry market.

Key Responsibilities

I. Supply Chain Strategic Planning and Management

Formulate medium- to long-term supply chain development strategies and optimization plans;

Establish a global supply chain system and optimize the supply chain network;

Drive the digitalization and intelligent transformation of the supply chain to improve overall operational efficiency;

Plan supply chain resource allocation based on business development needs.

Supplier Development and Management

Formulate strategies for supplier development, evaluation, and management;

Establish and maintain a network of core global suppliers;

Manage key supplier relationships and strategic partnerships;

Continuously optimize the supplier base to enhance supply stability, quality, and cost competitiveness.

III. Procurement and Cost Optimization Management

Formulate global procurement strategies and management processes;

Optimize the procurement system for raw materials (gold, diamonds, gemstones, precious metals, etc.);

Drive procurement cost control and enhance supply chain value;

Achieve cost optimization and resource integration through market analysis and supplier negotiations.

Coordinate across procurement, production, quality, warehousing, and logistics departments;
