We are looking for an experienced Venue Manager to oversee the daily operations of our entertainment venue and ensure every visitor receives outstanding service.

Position Overview

As a Venue Manager, you will lead day-to-day venue operations, supervise staff, maintain high service standards, and ensure that all activities run efficiently and safely. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for delivering memorable customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the entertainment venue
- Lead, train, and support front-line staff and supervisors
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
- Coordinate venue schedules, events, and special activities
- Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements




- Manage staffing schedules and daily workflow
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company policies
- Assist with budgeting, inventory management, and operational reporting
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Work closely with senior management to achieve business objectives

Qualifications
- Previous experience in venue management, hospitality, entertainment, or operations management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Adaptable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required
