What Are We Looking For
As an Alliance Manager, you will be a key member of the Alliances team, responsible for driving pipeline generation through partners while coordinating sales and partner activities across the full deal lifecycle. This is a sales-oriented role, with a primary focus on building pipeline with existing and new partners (approx. 65% of time), supported by coordination of deal progression, offer development, and limited involvement in delivery follow-up.
You will work closely with Sales and partners to ensure joint account planning, opportunity creation, and effective deal execution — acting as the central coordination point between JAGGAER and its partners, from pipeline generation to deal closure, with light oversight on implementation to ensure continuity and partner performance.

Principal Responsibilities
Pipeline Generation & Partner Activation (≈65%)
- Drive pipeline creation with existing and new partners
- Coordinate joint account planning between Sales and partners
- Identify and activate target accounts for co-selling
- Identify and onboard new partners (referral, reseller, co-sell models)
- Ensure partners are actively contributing to opportunity creation
Deal Development & Offer Coordination (≈20%)
- Support the development and coordination of offers with partners and internal teams
- Ensure alignment across Sales, Pre-Sales, and partners during pro
