Luxury Digital Sales & Clienteling Manager

Palma de Mallorca (100% On-site)

We are currently supporting a newly launched luxury house in the watchmaking and fine jewellery sector.

The company is building its commercial organisation from the ground up and is looking for a Luxury Digital Sales & Clienteling Manager to help shape its direct-to-consumer business, reporting to the Head of Sales and working closely with the Founder.

We are specifically looking for professionals who have built their careers in:
- Luxury e-commerce
- Digital sales
- Online clienteling
- Personal shopping through digital channels
- Luxury customer relationship management
- Remote sales environments

Candidates whose experience is primarily based in physical retail stores or boutique sales environments will unfortunately not be considered.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing and converting inbound opportunities generated through:
- E-commerce
- Website enquiries
- Social media
- Events
- Referrals




- VIP client introductions

You will build long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients and deliver a highly personalised luxury experience through phone, email, WhatsApp, video consultations and CRM-driven clienteling.

Success in this role will be measured not only by the quality of the customer experience delivered, but also by your ability to generate sales, increase client lifetime value and develop repeat business.

What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in luxury digital sales, luxury e-commerce or digital clienteling
- Proven experience managing affluent or HNW clientele remotely
- Strong CRM mindset (Salesforce experience is a plus)
- Experience selling luxury products online
- Ability to convert enquiries into revenue while maintaining a premium customer experience
- Fluent English + one additional language (German, French or Spanish highly valued)
- Willingness to relocate to Palma de M
