We're building AI that helps enterprise companies understand and engage their customers at a 1:1 level. We're in stealth, growing fast, and looking for someone exceptional to join the founding GTM team.

This is not a typical internship.

You'll work directly with the CEO across the full GTM motion, from building pipeline to sitting in executive meetings at client offices. What you'll do
- GTM Engineering:
Build and operate outbound systems. Apollo, Clay, Lemlist, LinkedIn. You'll own lists, sequences, and signal-based targeting.
- SDR:
Prospect and qualify enterprise accounts. Cold call outreach to get demos.
- Community & Ecosystem Building:
Help design and execute an invite-only executive community. Curate relationships with C-suite leaders at top companies. Think dinners, not webinars.
- Event Planning:
Own logistics and curation for intimate executive events in Barcelona and beyond.




- Executive Relationship Management:
You'll join client visits, take notes that matter, follow up like a founder would, and build real relationships with senior people at enterprise companies.
- Whatever else moves the needle:

Who you are
- Native or almost native english speaker: this is non-negotiable. Most of our outreach, materials, and client communication is in English.
- Exceptionally smart and intellectually curious. You don't need experience, you need the ability to figure things out fast.
- You have a bias for action. You see something that needs doing and you do it.
- You're comfortable in rooms with senior executives. Not intimidated, energized.
- Barcelona-based or willing to relocate. This role is on-site.
