Role Description
The Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of luxury residential properties in Barcelona. This full-time, on-site role includes coordinating maintenance and repairs, managing vendor relationships, conducting regular property inspections, and ensuring properties are presented and maintained to high standards. The role also involves handling tenant and owner communications, supporting lease administration, monitoring budgets and expenses,



and implementing processes that protect asset value and enhance resident satisfaction. The Property Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams to support investment goals, streamline operations, and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications
- Experience in property management or real estate operations, including coordinating maintenance, inspections, and vendor services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with owners, residents, and service providers in a professional manner.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple properties, tasks, and deadlines with attention to detail.
- Basic financial and administrative skills, such as tracking expenses, supporting budgeting, and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn local real estate regulations and best practices relevant to residential property management
