Indirect Procurement Director
based in Madrid.

The Role

Reporting to the Global Head of Indirect Procurement, you will lead the development and execution of the indirect procurement strategy across multiple regions, driving operational excellence, cost optimization and supplier performance within a highly international manufacturing environment.

This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for managing a significant procurement organization and partnering closely with Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance and other key business functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and deploy the global indirect procurement strategy.
- Lead and develop an international procurement team across multiple countries.
- Manage high-value procurement spend while delivering ambitious cost-saving targets.




- Drive procurement transformation, governance and process standardization initiatives.
- Build strategic relationships with key global suppliers and negotiate complex agreements.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to support business growth and operational excellence.
- Ensure procurement compliance, risk management and sustainability objectives are achieved.
