About the Internship

As a Creative Marketing Intern, you'll help bring our employer brand to life - creating content, shaping campaigns, and experimenting with the visuals and copy that get international talent to stop scrolling. If you love digital marketing, content creation, and want real-world experience, this is for you. You'll work closely with our experienced marketing team, gaining hands-on exposure to creative production, paid and organic campaigns, and digital employer branding from day one.

What you will be doing
- Creating and editing content for social media - video, photo,



and copy across Instagram, TikTok, and other channels.
- Supporting the development of ad creatives and campaign concepts for our paid marketing
- Helping shape and update our visual identity across digital touchpoints.
- Assisting with content planning, scripting, and day-to-day creative production.

What we are looking for
- Studying Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related creative field.
- Fluent in Spanish or German + business-level English.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to gain hands-on experience.
- Comfortable with content creation tools like Canva, Capcut, Adobe Suite and/or Figma.
- A passion for storytelling, employer branding, and digital marketing.
