Your role and key responsibilities

Clean & Dry Room Automation Expert responsible for the design, integration, and
optimization of automation systems used in cleanrooms and dry rooms within
advanced battery cell manufacturing environment.

1. Design Management & Coordination
• Involve in tender phase to define requirements, review and validate technical
offers from bidders, and lead technical alignment (Q&A; list from suppliers)
• Lead and coordinate the review of contractor design deliverables, track
progress and define alternative solutions in case of design difficulties/delays
• Ensure alignment across disciplines (avoid gaps,



inconsistencies)
• Consolidate technical feedback and provide unified responses
• Design and implement automation solutions for cleanroom and dry room
environments
• Understanding the P&ID; concept + Control Philosophy + Control Narrative
• Integrate environmental control systems with PLC, SCADA, and BMS platforms
• Define control architecture for environmental systems including HVAC,
dehumidification units, and air handling units
• Develop automation strategies for humidity, temperature, and pressure control
• Coordinate integration between process equipment automation and facility
automation systems.
• Support digitalization initiatives, including dashboards and predictive
monitoring
• Support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT)
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives for environmental control
segarlar field
