Role Description
The Fashion Stylist is a full time, on-site role based in Ibiza, responsible for delivering an exceptional styling and shopping experience to boutique clients. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with customers to understand their style preferences, curating looks from the boutique’s collections, and providing wardrobe recommendations for various occasions. The stylist will support sales by presenting merchandise, creating cohesive outfits, and maintaining an inviting, organized store environment.



The role also involves handling customer inquiries, offering product knowledge on handmade Italian luxury items, and collaborating with the team to ensure consistent, brand-aligned service. Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Qualifications
- Strong Fashion Styling and Wardrobe advisory skills, with an eye for fit, fabric, and current trends.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build rapport and deliver personalized client experiences.
- Proven Sales skills, including clienteling, upselling, and achieving individual and store targets.
- Previous experience in luxury retail, boutique environments, or high-end fashion styling.
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Professional appearance, reliability, and the ability to work on-site full time in Ibiza.
- Basic knowledge of inventory handling and point-of-sale systems.
- Interest in handmade It
