Role Description
The Vice President Information Technology is a part-time, remote role responsible for leading the overall IT vision and strategy for Griffin Capital Group Limited. This position oversees technology governance, aligns IT initiatives with business objectives, and ensures secure,



reliable infrastructure and systems across the organization. Day-to-day responsibilities include directing IT planning and roadmaps, managing key technology projects, and coordinating with business leaders to prioritize digital transformation and process optimization. The role also involves supervising IT operations and vendors, establishing policies and standards, monitoring cybersecurity and regulatory compliance, and developing metrics for technology performance.
