About The Role

We’re looking for a People Partner to bring our rewards strategy to life by translating it into clear frameworks, streamlined processes, and actionable steps for execution.

You'll create a playbook on how to scale our compensation structures as we expand into new countries.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Reporting to the Head of General Compensation to execute total reward programmes across EMEA and the Americas, ensuring competitive, scalable, and sustainable pay structures
- Serving as the designated compensation advisor, and partnering closely with HR, Recruitment, and other business leaders to provide data-driven, equitable recommendations
- Designing and managing governance frameworks for shifting legal landscapes (e.g., EU Pay Transparency, UK Gender Pay Gap, and works council/union agreemen
