Field Marketing & Digital / CX Manager - Retail Network ?

At Shakers, we are collaborating with a leading general energy and mobility retail brand to bring on a Field Marketing & Digital / CX specialist to own the local-market experience across its branded wholesaler network. The role sits at the intersection of on-the-ground retail marketing, the brand's mobile app and loyalty ecosystem, and the customer-experience roadmap, with direct impact on how thousands of consumers interact with the network.

The challenge

The brand runs a network of branded wholesaler sites and wants a single owner who can keep the physical retail experience on-standard while pushing the digital and CX agenda forward. You will be the connective tissue between the wholesalers, the internal sales and marketing teams, the customer-care function, and a roster of third-party vendors. Day-to-day, you will move between safeguarding site image standards, launching campaigns and grand openings, and shaping the app, loyalty and CX roadmap for the local market. Autonomy and vendor/budget ownership are central:



this is as much program management as it is marketing.

Responsibilities
- Own site image standards and the compliance program with wholesalers, managing the approved vendor list and brand exceptions.
- Support wholesalers on marketing, retention and grand-opening activations, including site kits, event vendors and staff training.
- Drive the digital and app roadmap: mobile programs, new product development, performance tracking and existing payment and loyalty programs.
- Own the local-market CX roadmap, persona and councils, and partner with customer-care on complex cases, offers, incidents and the social-media response bank.
- Manage third-party vendors end to end (quotes, POs, invoicing, OPEX), plus the storage/distribution contract and hardware stock.
- Run the Ipsos interface (wholesaler queries, appeals, budgeting, POs) and set Digital, App and CX budgets with a supervisor.
