What You'll Do
✅ Define and maintain the technical strategy and roadmap for the enterprise workplace hardware portfolio.
✅ Manage the full lifecycle of end-user devices, ensuring reliability, performance, and compatibility across the organization.
✅ Define technical specifications and minimum hardware standards for workplace devices.
✅ Coordinate external service providers and oversee the quality of technical deliverables.
✅ Review and validate hardware certifications, BIOS updates, firmware releases, drivers, and compatibility requirements.
✅ Monitor market trends and emerging technologies, evaluating new products and solutions for enterprise adoption.
✅ Identify technical risks and proactively lead mitigation and escalation activities.
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with hardware manufacturers and technology partners.
✅ Collaborate with international teams to share best practices and continuously improve workplace services.
