Accountabilities




The SAP S/4HANA Test Lead will be responsible for defining and executing the end-to-end testing approach for a major ERP transformation. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams while ensuring testing quality, governance, and business readiness.
- Define and implement the overall testing strategy for an SAP S/4HANA transformation programme.
- Lead all testing phases, including unit testing, system testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing.
- Plan and coordinate test environments, test data preparation, and testing readiness activities.
- Manage cross-functional testing teams, including internal resources and external partners.
- Create and maintain test plans, test scripts, traceability matrices, testing governance documentation, and reporting frameworks.
