We are looking for an
AI Strategy Specialist (for different roles)
with a hybrid profile, capable of bridging business and technology, leading end-to-end AI initiatives: from conceptualization to implementation. This role combines strategic vision, technical knowledge in AI (especially generative AI), and project management capabilities, acting as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Define and implement the AI agents governance model (policies, roles, and responsibilities).
- Design the decision-making framework and the agents’ autonomy/risk model.
- Ensure compliance with regulations (e.g., EU AI Act) and responsible AI best practices.
- Promote data management and governance as the foundation of the AI ecosystem.
- Define Human-in-the-loop mechanisms and accountability models.




- Define an agents marketplace: reuse, scalability, etc.
- Monitor agent usage, optimize costs, and foster continuous improvement.
- Identify process reengineering opportunities.
- Knowledge and application to real use cases of the AI Act and ISO 42001.

Requirements

Technical knowledge
- Solid understanding of Generative AI (LLMs, agents, frameworks, RAG, etc.)
- AI solution architectures
- AI model lifecycle
- Familiarity with tools and ecosystems (OpenAI, Claude, Azure AI, etc.)
- Ability to collaborate with technical teams without the need for advanced programming

Functional and business capabilities
- Experience in: Use case definition
- Impact and feasibility analysis
- Functional design of digital solutions
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum knowledge is a plus)
