Systems Lead Data Migration

We are looking for a
System Lead Data Migration
to join a strategic project within the pharmaceutical industry. This role will act as the key technical and functional point of contact for data migration initiatives, ensuring compliance with business, technical, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with project teams using data migration tools to ensure functional, technical, and regulatory requirements are met.
- Act as the technical reference point for system architectures, particularly SAP and Veeva.
- Support data migration and data management initiatives, ensuring alignment with established standards and governance processes.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and outsourced service providers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure migration systems remain validated and compliant with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Manage and maintain RAM as a live system, including:
- Ongoing system validation activities.
- Access management and control.




- Implementation of new regulatory and legal requirements.
- Oversee and coordinate AWS-related changes within the company's migration environment and associated tools.
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and impacts related to migration projects.

Essential Requirements
- Minimum
3 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry
, preferably within
EDP IT environments
.
- Experience and working knowledge of
AWS
.
- Strong understanding of
SAP
and
Veeva
architectures.
- Knowledge of data extraction, migration approaches, and integration mechanisms from SAP and Veeva platforms.
- Hands-on technical expertise in SAP or Veeva is
not required
; however, candidates must understand the available migration options and data movement processes.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in an international and regulated environment.
