Role Description
The Sous Chef is a full-time, on-site role based in Marbella, supporting the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations. This role involves supervising food preparation, ensuring consistent quality and presentation, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. The Sous Chef will help plan menus, coordinate kitchen staff schedules, and oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control. Day-to-day responsibilities include training and mentoring team members,



collaborating with front-of-house colleagues to deliver outstanding guest experiences, and contributing to the development of new dishes aligned with the concept and brand standards.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or senior kitchen position in high-end or luxury restaurant environments.
- Strong culinary skills, including knowledge of modern cooking techniques, ingredient handling, and plate presentation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and motivate diverse kitchen teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of food safety regulations, HACCP principles, and best practices in kitchen hygiene.
- Competence in menu planning, inventory management, and basic food cost control.
- Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving skills under pressure.
