Role Description
The Founde role at Airbus Defence and Space is a full-time, on-site position based in Madrid. This role focuses on supporting the design, development, and implementation of defence and space solutions, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to translate customer needs into practical outcomes. Day-to-day activities include contributing to technical project planning, coordinating with engineering and operations staff, preparing documentation and reports,



and assisting in continuous improvement activities across projects. The position involves regular interaction with internal stakeholders and customers, participation in review meetings, and adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
