■ Job Description — Regional Manager

The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing operations at MOIDA stores in Spain, including sales management, inventory management, workforce management, and customer service. The role ensures the achievement of sales targets and operational stability,



while managing the effective execution of headquarters' operational policies and strategies at the national level across MOIDA stores in Spain.

Specifically, the Regional Manager is responsible for:

*1. Overall MOIDA Store(s) Management*
- Manage Store Manager(s) in Spain
- Manage employees, sales items, and sales activities across all MOIDA store(s) in Spain
- Support new store openings and opening promotion operations
- Implement and report Spain store(s)' operational strategies through collaboration with headquarters

*2. Sales and Settlement Management*
- Manage store sales in Spain and analyze performance
- Manage monthly/weekly/daily sales
- Performance management against sales targets
- Verify daily POS settlement; manage cash discrepancies (cash payments should be minimized where possible)
- Ensure accuracy between system prices and store selling prices
- Run sales promotions tailored to local market characteristics
